Northwest Michigan Health Services - Traverse City

Called to ask for an emergency extraction. The receptionist was unhelpful, condescending, and rude. I am in pain. I hope she needs dental help one day and gets the same rude reception that she gives out on the phone every day at this office. Where do dental receptionists learn to be so unsympathetic and rude? Is there a school? Do millennials get a scholarship?

I can truly say that even though it is the dentist that I'm going for grinding on my teeth it is a wonderful clean environment and the staff is always ready to help and very friendly. Thank you all very much and I look forward to the next time:-)

I have been so pleased with this facility. The staff is extremely helpful, professional, amd friendly. I have loved the two doctors that I have had. I always recommend NW Michigan Health Department!

Competent and friendly personnel. In house pharmacy and lab. I couldn't be happier with the care I received there. Fees based on income. Spanish speaking personnel too. 2024. I have gone to NMHS for years. I have the highest regard for my wonderful Dr. and the staff. We all need Healthcare and NMHS offers so much, health, dental and mental health. Not to mention sliding scale rates. Don't hesitate. CALL

Aime is always sweet and professional. She cares about me as a patient. And is truly concerned and cares about my well being. The nurses and office personnel are always nice. I appreciate everyone looking out for my best interest.
