        In on my second visit to the ER, he was the only one that listens and understood what I needed. I feel we are lucky to have him in Traverse City!

        Terrible, went in with respiratory problems,keto acidosis, and alcohol withdrawal . My RN sister took me in. He did not help. No blood test or anything. I was dehydrated and sick. Was very short. We were very polite but he would not listen to my sisters concerns Gave us 5 minutes to leave or he would call security.I never have seen such a rude so called professional. he is not suited for the ER . My sister works there and filed a grievance.
