        Quick and easy. Smiles from the start and very pleasant. Although, there was one they called the mean one she was very nice and made everyone laugh. You will enjoy your visit and they make your stay as best as possible. Ask for the mean one youll be surprised.

        The only dentist in my network taking new patients. I tried to schedule a cleaning but you have to start with an exam where they take a bunch of X-rays dental assistant very friendly), the hygienist comes in (not very friendly) and checks gum depth, eventually the dentist comes in checks over my teeth, one of which is sensitive and I think I have a cavity or leaking filling. Shes not sure what is wrong but is recommending two filling and then to schedule my cleaning. I then wait about 12 minutes for the office manager to come get me to go over the recommended treatment. This practice is in network mind you, they tried to say my cleaning is not fully covered and I would have to pay over 20% of the cost, not so, and my fillings would be upwards of 40% my responsibility, also not so. I questioned the office manager regarding them being in network and why they werent accepting the full cost of my insurance payment. The response was that their cost was more than what the insurance would pay so maybe that was why. I did not make any follow up appointments and called my insurance company who confirmed my coverage. They are doing shady business. How many people just pay and dont question? Plus the appointments are in 1/2 hour increments and I was there for 75 minutes, very poor experience.
