        Been a Member for over 10 Years. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in a branch now. Debit Card expired and I am unable to get it renewed because I keep getting Transferred to India (or somewhere else). So sad that they lost the Hometown feel and it's a megabank. Please fix your call system. I've been calling and waiting on hold for hours trying to renew my debit card that wasn't sent, and I live in Metro Detroit, unable to go into a branch.

        4front is FEE happy and always have a BS reason to justify them. Thair phone banking is a mess and takes10 minutes just to get a human on the phone. Bye bye 4Front.

        I went in there for an interview for account position had an interview and they called in for a second one and they bait and switch the job for a second was for a call center job. I tried to keep professional about the interview and asked about pay they literally tried selling me benefits (that I would of had ) as why it's going be lower and what it offering me and emphasize HEAVILY I would be required to sell services while in the call center. If this is what they do with potential employees imagine what they do with your money and service I would find a respectable credit union as this one likes to play hat tricks. Also, your calls aren't answered by the bank but a call center in traverse city.
