Im not really experienced with makeup so I went in to get some help and buy some makeup. Michael was super helpful with not only helping me find good makeup but he also helped me learn how to properly apply it all.

Usually I love getting my hair done at the salon. But this time the results of my color treatment going from box black yet healty hair is resulting in damaged hair and the balayage highlights falling out of my hair. I paid $200 to have my lightest highlighted hair falling out. And coming out when brushing after washing it. Even after the olaplex treatment to minimize damage and the $25 hair mask treatment that was suggested I buy to try to save my hair. I am so disappointed. I will not be going back to the salon.

Ive been in this store twice looking for foundation. Im 53 years young and both times Ive been directed? (more like dismissed) to the Clinique section. Pro tip: Gen Xers are not Boomers. Weve followed rock bands around. If I wanted Clinique, Id go shopping with my Mom at Marshalls. Please do better with your more experienced customers.
