Growing up with a mix of traditional Lutheran, Catholic as well as Pentecostal backgrounds, Ive struggled to find a church home with deep biblical roots and Presence based worship. This lovely place has a rich history in tradition but without the strict religious expectations. The families and longtime Church parishioners are incredibly welcoming, genuinely compassionate, and kind. Having been in many places that are holy, and felt the presence of the Lord in worship, I can tell you that He is here. He meets us every Sunday and sticks around. So blessed to call this place home

I have thoroughly enjoyed becoming a part of First Christian Church. It is a very genuine church. The preaching is relevant to our lives and the worship is uplifting. I have also enjoyed the fellowship after church.

We have been to many different churches in the past (from moving around as a family), and I've got to say, this is the first time that we as a whole family (dad, mom and three children) are super excited to be a part of such an awesome group of people. The vision for the church is expressed so clearly and the love these people have for others is so contagious. We love the fellowship time before and after the church service. We love the time of worship through song. And the sermons are full of GRACE and TRUTH! Our children love going to children's church every Sunday - it's honestly their favorite day of the week! The nursery is a great place for the littlest of the little ones to play and rest while mom and dad enjoy the service. BUT, I also love how having little ones in the church service is welcomed and appreciated too! We love our new church family and are so blessed to be involved. This is a place where all are invited - no matter what you may struggle with or where you're at in your walk with God. Even if you haven't even begun that walk yet, if you're just curious - this is a great place to begin. So excited for what God is doing here!!
