I really enjoy working with Dr. Jena! I came to see her for SI joint pain. I was in so much pain I could barely walk at times and was missing work from the amount of pain I was having. Dr. Jena has helped get my body back in alignment while being gentle and intuitive. I also love that she incorporates functional medicine into the individualized care. I am feeling so much better than before! Also the infrared sauna is amazing after an adjustment!!

When I came to see Dr. Jena she was my last hope. I was overweight, irritable, inflammation galore. Every time I would see my doctors I have hypothyroidism and hypoparathyroidism, I would basically get told this was the best I was going to get. Fatigue, night sweats, weight gain, mood swings, hormone imbalances, depression, anxiety, you name it I had it. Yet doctors told me it was normal to feel this way and just deal with it. I couldnt deal with it any longer. I felt like I was dying. My organs hurt and everything felt like it was shutting down. Doctors just kept giving me one prescription after another but never fixing the problem, just masking it. The first day seeing Dr. Jena I listed ALL of my symptoms. I thought for sure she was going to tell me I was either losing my mind or she couldnt help me. She listened and went through everything and said we can heal you! Its been three months and I couldnt feel more blessed than to know Dr. Jena and how she has helped me. Off all prescription meds except my thyroid med and all my symptoms have dramatically improved. Thats just in three months! You CAN feel normal, you can get your life back. I am proof of that and I am so thankful there are people like Dr. Jena in this world!

I've worked with Dr. Jena for several years now, and I would recommend her services to anyone! Not only is she friendly, but she is FULL of knowledge. I didn't have any serious issues going on when I began adjustments with her, but I am thankful I started with her when I did. As a personal trainer, I work hard and really need to take care of my aging body... Thanks to regular spine maintenance with Dr. Jena, I'm able to keep my active lifestyle going strong!

I had previously gone to Dr. Jena during two of my pregnancies, which helped so much with my mobility and general feeling of well-being. My youngest son began having unexplained, non-seizure episodes where his eyes would suddenly look upward and his balance would get thrown off. Multiple doctors, including a neurologist, have been unable to help him or identify the underlying issue. I started taking him to Dr. Jena, and within a couple of appointments I was seeing improvement - where before he sometimes had 20+ such episodes daily, now there are many days when I never see one. I am so grateful to have this resource for him.

Dr. Jena is amazing - she helped eliminate long term neck pain, wake my brain up and I walk out of the office feeling better every time. Her services are magical and a part of my health care routine. And try the infrared sauna - game changer!
