Not knowing you or who your Mother is, I'm unable to reach out directly, so I'd kindly request to have you please have your mother call the office at 231-943-2229 and ask for the clinic owner so that I may speak with her directly and discuss the specifics of your review and learn more about this situation. I take this very seriously and want to give you the benefit of the doubt and not discredit your review. I do see you've left a large number other businesses across the US, Canada, and our area 1 star reviews, so I'm left wondering this review's validity. If I'm not able to speak with your Mother, I am going to have to report this review to Google as malicious and fraudulent. Quality of care and a good patient experience are taken very serious at Grand Traverse Family Chiropractic and we've been successful in providing this as you can see by our other reviews. I hope we can get to the bottom of this soon.
