        Reached out to Alta to have our fork truck serviced. Expected to hear back from them later in the week but the tech was on site the next day! Hats off to Phil and Ricky (the tech) was very professional and explained in great detail what he did for our fork truck. I highly recommend!

        I highly recommend! Top notch service! I spoke to Steve late Tues afternoon & he told me he would have someone out to look at our hi lo first thing in the morning. Unheard of! Ricky showed up early & was professional, courteous & kept me informed of everything he was doing. He went above & beyond to get us back up & running, and had it fixed in just a few hours.
