Traverse Service Center

These people are absolutely fair and honest. I would never go anywhere else with my jeep! I have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler and they treated it like gold. Did a complete check up and told me any issues there were were not safety issues so there was no hurry to fix them. I trust these people as being fair and honest.

Ordered my summers off tire rack and they shipped to this place. Was a little weary due to other reviews but whatever. staff is cool, knowledgeable, and not pushy salesmen which is nice when you're not looking for any other work to be done at the time. Shop is clean and there's some seating and a tv to watch and wait. They had my tires in the showroom so I can inspect them prior to install, which was cool. He advised me some spefic mileages to keep in mind for rotation purposes. I waited about 35mins, and paid under what the quoted price was estimated from Tire Rack.I deducted a star because when the tech asked if I wanted to keep my other tires, before I could answer he spoke up for me and told the other guy to toss em. I know they're not good any longer, but he didn't. Made me think he was thirsty to keep em for their used tire section. Tire install went well, no scratches or scuffs and car is riding smooth as ever.

I stopped by for a 4 wheel alignment, thinking it was a Goodyear - Auto Service Center.  It is NOT!!  It is an Auto Service Center that sells Goodyear tires.  This is very misleading, from the name of the store.I purchased a 3 year alignment from the Goodyear - Auto Service Center in Ann Arbor.  When I showed the Traverse City manager my paperwork and told him I wanted an alignment as part of the 3 year alignment program I had purchased, he looked at me like I was from a foreign country.  I still wanted an alignment and Ann Arbor was 200 miles away.  They pulled in my truck and went to work, but told me my lower left ball joint needed replacing, before the alignment could be done.  I told them I would come back at a later date.  I did go back and get the ball joint replaced, but did not do the alignment.  I was satisfied with the work, but again the name of the store is very misleading for anyone who has previously used a Goodyear - Auto Service Center.

Absolutely the WORST service ever! Went in ready to buy 4 new tires and the guy at the counter was so rude and had no desire to even entertain giving me a price! After a few off color comments my son and I left and went to Bell Tire... Where service is a priority!
