They get you seen right away without having to wait weeks and usually have you repaired within the day! Their prices are very reasonable and fair every time! Great mechanics

we drove into Traverse from 5 hours away and suddenly lost our brakes. The good news is that we were right across the street from Hamlets. Without an appointment they took us in, quickly found the rusted leaking brake line and fabricated a new line which saved our bacon. They were incredibly kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. We were on our way in less than an hour and their bill for such great service was super reasonable. I can't express how appreciative we are and I would recommend their shop to any and all. To find such nice and skilled mechanics in our hour of need was a miracle, their local customers are lucky to have them. Service: Auto brake repair
