I have to say this is the worst autozone Ive ever been to Lauren was extremely rude. She was swearing even when an employee told her I was in the store I will never be coming here again.

Unfortunately, the guy behind the counter was useless, he didn't know how to check a fuse. I said my brake lights are out can you check them, he said no. So one of the woman tried to find the correct tester but it was wrong, then another lady came out to help her and said that's the wrong tester, so they got one off the shelf. It worked but when she went under the hood couldn't tell which fuse so she pulled one out, tested it, it was fine, then put it in backwards, had to tell her, then she looked at the back of my car where the bulbs are and said she couldn't check to see if they were out because it had screws. She suggested i go to jLube a couple blocks away, i did, they were wonderful. Jlube changed the bulbs in 10 minutes.
