        The products on the website look great; however, their customer service needs attention. They NEVER answer their phone; EVER!!! Furthermore, every missed call is followed by their voicemail that sarcastically informs all would-be customers that your needs will Not be met because, they are a small company & subsequently multiple calls will not be answered. One phrase - Administrative Assistant!!!! Also, they do NOT answer their emails in a timely fashion. Tough Luck (I guess) for their out-of-town customers!
