My job is full of loving and caring staff members and management that have turned into my family. I’ve never loved my job as much as I love this one.

Not a very good place to work, nor would I put anyone I love in the care of at least one of the house managers. I also see some of the reviews are by some of the staff that ....woooooh...I wouldn't want watching over my own mother. Care issues fall on deaf ears there, some med techs are administering the wrong meds to the wrong person, leaving meds unattended, and saying they passed a med when they clearly did not. Still on the cart, doing the same thing . 2 person assist, means 2 people to assist, this is often not followed. Head of management alerts house managers prior to any corporate inspection and the health department should be checking the rotten cupboards in the main kitchens, that are falling apart putting saw dust everywhere. Never mind working there, pay is lower than other places. If you are independent, not friend or family, you will forever be stuck on 3 Rd shift with empty promises that never happen. If you're looking to stop making pizzas and flipping burgers, than this is a good place for u to work. No education or experience needed. Before too long you can be house manager too!!!
