Lake Pointe Village Apartments

This review is strictly for the people working in the office. Kari the property manager is a literal monster. She is so utterly lacking in compassion and empathy I truly don't know if she can even be considered a human being at this point. Won't get into too many details, but she is truly a horrible person and the world's worst property manager. I would avoid moving here if possible, lest you have to deal with this garbage bag of a person.

Office staff is very friendly. The maintenance guys are great! I love that they didnt level all the trees when they built it so there is actual shade and a warm, cozy, out in the country atmosphere. Having such close and easy access to the Boardman trail and lake is wonderful. Very close to town (restaurants and stores) but it doesn't feel like its "city". Theres lots of parks near by for kids to enjoy. They do a fantastic job of keeping the roads, parking lots and sidewalks plowed and salted during the winter. I have lived at Lake Pointe Village for more than five years now. The property manager and the maintenance guys are priceless. The location is convenient to town and the units are well maintained. Very nice!

Archaic establishment with outdated policies and procedures managed by a couple of the most incompetent women Ive ever crossed paths with. The current office manager is a joke. Her work ethic is laughable at best. Oh, and she plays favorites. I should have known she was a terrible person when I learned she put her dog down for no good reason! Proceed with extreme caution if considering Lake Pointe Village.
