Hello John, we are very sorry to hear that you had been misinformed about the railroad ties, we have been selling many of them lately and I am sorry if one of our ladies in the office got confused! We would never intentionally lie to a potential customer, and we will investigate to see where we had the communication breakdown, and it will be addressed. As for the Appliances everyone is definitely entitled to their own opinion and I am sorry we could not meet your expectations, sometimes there is some confusion about if these items are used, and if they were they would be overpriced, they are new however, and they are all tested and come with a 1 year warranty so we feel that 30-50% off retail is a very fair price, but we understand there are many different opinions and we will not be for everyone.
