Working with Booko Brothers has been a nightmare. The work that was done was good. The billing, communications, and fraudulent charges have been horrendous. I do not recommend.

The schedule was agreed upon up front and they were able to maintain it without any hiccups. The contractors that they used we experienced, provided a quality product and more importantly were easy to get along with and respected my property. Would recommend them to others.

We had someone come out to give an estimate on work on our laundry room. Great experience having someone come out and look at the damage. He even offered to work with our insurance for us. Then we heard nothing for 3 weeks, despite numerous voicemails. Finally, they passed it off to someone in a different office to let us know they think a different company should do it (the other company can't complete all the work we're looking to have done). I appreciate them giving us someone else to contact, but the lack of transparency and responsiveness was unacceptable.

Booko Brothers undertook and completed restoration work in Kalamazzo MI for a family member. We are located in Canada and were concerned about the mechanics of communication and supervision of the work. Booko Brothers were professional and the communication was amazing. Our calls and emails were returned within 24 hours and the paperwork was seamless. The quality of the work was very good and the premises was kept clean and presentable. Booko Brothers is a great company to work with and we will recommend them to anyone!
