        Terrible customer service. We have called the dealership on 2 separate occasions and didnt get a return call. Last spring we had them do maintenance on it. They never told us when it would be done. We called and never got a call back. It was gone for 2 weeks. Finally I had to go in to find out when our mower would be done. Magically it was done in a couple days. April 2023 - We are having issues with our mower again. My husband called on Monday. Its Wednesday and still no return call.

      The store and service facility is located on the corner of Occidental Highway and M-50, west of downtown Tecumseh, and 35 miles southwest of Ann Arbor. Originally owned by Hoyte E. Whelan, Bader & Sons Co. acquired the dealership in 2009. In 2021 Hutson Inc., purchased the dealership’s 10 Michigan stores and service facilities. We sell and service a full product range of John Deere turf, ag and compact construction equipment, BOSS, STIHL, Honda, MANITOU, Precision Ag support, and parts for most makes. An updated service facility provides equipment maintenance for agriculture, professionals, and property owners.
