        I went to my appointment today five minutes early. I had requested Donna because she had did my taxes last year. She told me to have a seat and The lobby was right in front of her desk so I sat there for 10 minutes so she could eat her bag of chips. She was tapping the bottom of the bag up to her mouth to get every last crumb while we looked at each other and she watched me waiting while she ate her bag of chips. Then a lady walked in to sign documents, and she sat her down right at her desk and started helping her. I walked out because the place was very dirty, and very very unprofessional behavior.

        The lady was super nice but I was getting less then 1000$ back in taxes and they charged me 515$ just to file my taxes but told me it was going to be 99$ at first I would not go here! H&R Block charged my boyfriend 130$ Im never going to Jackson Hewitt again! The first few times I was charged 100$ but this time it was 515$!! Insanely high!
