American house is a decent building with caring staff and activities to keep your loved ones occupied. The home healthcare team however (Advisacare) is maybe one of the worst companies Ive ever worked for, the management is unprofessional and disrespectful and some of the things Ive heard discussed and joked about have been disgusting. The management team at advisacare have a false sense of authority and really run the building how they see fit, which would be fine if they didnt seem to want to run it into the ground. The common consensus is that advisacare probably shouldnt be in the building anymore. Since Ive held a position with advisacare residents have gotten abused, mistreated, and neglected, and some of those very people have been rewarded with positions of higher authority. Advisacare is a company that operates under the whims of the 2 main managers, Maranda and Ranesha, and however they may feel at the current time. The people they hire are unfit to be in a healthcare field, and the people that are currently in a position of power are unfit to hold it. Advisacare needs to be majorly rehauled by their corporate office or straight up kicked out of American House, on Eureka road.
