The people who work in the office have no idea what theyre doing, and they try to make up for their inadequacy with intimidation, harassment, and bullying. Dawn, the manager, feels entitled to park her vehicle in fire lanes and wherever else she pleases, show up unexpected at residents homes and demand/harass them until they answer the door. She is typically out of the office smoking cigarettes, which makes the whole place stink. If you cant last an 8 hour shift without a cigarette, YOU ARE A DRUG ADDICT. Of all the amenities listed on the website, we only have a playground and its constantly littered and in shambles. Extremely unsafe for children!

My niece purchased a nice trailer from a resident. Brenda was a pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions we had. I would refer anyone to her. Brenda was very helpful and I really appreciate her helping my niece out.

I was ecstatic at finding the home that I had truly wanted. Affordable & a quiet neighborhood. The woman, Brenda, was adjetated the first time we met. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that it was a rough day, I understand it can be in this industry. Then, the rudeness did not stop. She had a tone in her voice that I was "bothering her" anytime I called, emailed, or had a question. It was a burden for her to do HER JOB. I am only giving one extra star because of the 2 other pleasant women that had answered my call. Unfortuantely if you want to BUY you must work with Brenda. That stopped me ENTIRELY from wanting to move forward. This woman needs a reality check of the industry she works in. You get paid to do a job, Brenda, so do it, with a smile! :) hopefully moving forward she will do it ethically and with some damn class!
