Placed order online for delivery on Valentines Day. Never delivered, customer service rep only offered excuses, not solutions. Had to cancel the order, what a waste. Sorry you didnt get your flowers hun.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. on valentines day they had a bunch of little girls working, rounding up all prices. For a single small balloon on a stick which is usually $2.50 she tried to charge me $5. Usually a nice store when they dont have rude entitled little girls working.

horrible experience will not be coming back i was quoted on the phone on my way there for $20 for 6 roses the day last saturday and when i got there they told me $24 which still wasnt bad a little pricy for 6 anyways the lady who came up said you told her $24 right i held my breath because im usually not that person then i was asked if i wanted to add babies breathe for a dollar she the said im actually cutting you a deal and when i paid my total somehow came up to almost $33 for 6 roses not even the week of valentines day is absolutely ridiculous not too sure of the deal she was referring too may i add they werent even for me for an order i only charged $60 for had i know the roses would be more than half i wouldve never got them my mom went on valentines day to kroger and got a dozen for $20
