I would give them a minus 10!! I went to get my broken tooth fixed, even filled out all the paperwork about my broken tooth. But they insisted on doing a cleaning, discuss a plan on my teeth. Then we would talk about my broken tooth, and then it would be another week or so before I get that fixed. I hate dentist and get anxiety about going. All they cared about is getting money and not the reason a patient was there. I would never refer anyone to Aspen Dental!!!
