This dental office is terrible! Ive been dealing with them for over a year. I went into get cavities filled before I had my last child. They incorrectly billed my insurance (which I was told by the front desk clerk happens all the time) Ive been into the office, Ive sent emails to get this fixed and Ive called numerous times with no response. When I went to the office I was told the issue would be fixed so paid money out of pocket for a co-pay they have NO evidence of and now theyve sent me another bill with a $300 late fee! This is illegal, this is an issue that this office caused and refuses to fixed to try and con people out of more money. Please do NOT go to this dentist or anyone associated with them!

So, far first impressions , solid 5 stars . But again it was my first visit. I chosen them based on a list of providers from Deltas web site. Then compared that list to a Google search comparing reviews they were among the top in satisfaction so I highly doubt this will get revised and will remain a solid 5. I am middle aged with some serious dental issues and they got me in the next day. I got a text seconds after I called the office on a day they were closed. And worked out some preliminary questions about my needs and type of insurance (gotta tell yea , that was quite handy for them to have that type of communication set up for their customers- loved the idea) Things to note first off the the Signs for the dental practice were over shadowed by the Pharmacy signs (I felt they need a little more recognition) not that difficult to find just a side note. The staff friendly, courteous and professional. The Doctor was confident, outgoing and addressed all my issues. Closing, Yes I would recommend

Dr. Hassan and his team did a wonderful job taking care of me. Amanda did a great job on my cleaning and Zeinab tied everything together making the office welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here for any dental work.

After my family dentist of almost 2 decades retired I was not comfortable with the office that took over. No need for details on that BUT it prompted me to search for a new location. I was able to book an appointment less than a week out for Taylor Smiles Center and they were great about understanding that I had a cleaning and xrays from another office. I was greeted by friendly staff who were beyond pleasant throughout. They create a positive and welcoming environment and were super understanding and helped put my mind at ease. I didn't catch names for everyone I interacted with but they were all A+ including Dr. Bazzi who took time to answer questions and come up with the best plan for my situation. Better yet they were able to book me for the treatment needed super quick! Okay I'm back for round two. I have now had a few visits to help correct issues and super old fillings. My original rating and review stand and I think it's worth mentioning that, this wasn't a 1 time thing but their truly amazing people. Z is great, they're all great! Honestly and truly.
