        Best place to live you will never find association dues this affordable which include gas and water !!!! ... Hats off to the condo association Especially Sandy who works tirelessly... I just wanted to say Thank you for everything you do!

        Maintaince on units is not being done in a timely manner or if at all. Fencing is dry rotted on multiple units and maintance requests regarding other issues under the HOA responsibility are not being fixed unless you live right next to a board member
