        My family had insurance with this place for a long time. Recently my family had an issue, they tried calling, tried calling a FEW times - they were put on hold for long periods without being told to hold MANY TIMES. The unprofessionalism is extremely prevalent. There is a younger agent who has no idea what the meaning of customer service is. I cant get a simple declaration page. The owner is actually NEVER AVAILABLE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. My family decided to go elsewhere.
