Beware, there are some shady leasing agents. There's only one person on the up and up in that place. Maintenance doesn't do the proper job when called. I wish the head office show up unannounced and investigate all activity both finances and employees. Something needs to be done.

Im not sure where to even begin with this review. My fiance & i are previous tenants from 2021, from the start, we had nothing but problems from Heritage Glen Properties. #1, they DO NOT sign the lease contract, which makes it null & void. #2, they will illegally evict you by changing locks before starting eviction process. #3, they steal rent. We moved in 2/12/21, they claim we never paid from the start however the lease shows they accepted the payment 10 days after our lease started. #4, they will continue to charge you rent AFTER you have returned your keys. Our case was dismissed by 23rd judicial court 9/7/21 however Heritage Glen Properties proceeded to sell it to a collector 10/7/21 AFTER forging the lease that is provided below WITH the dismissal letter & the changed keys. When asking Elaine if our locks were changed, she prompted us they were not however the single key from Walmart she provided us was different than the 3 keys that were given when signing the lease. Due to their lies & deceit, it has made my fiance, myself & my two kids unable to rent another apartment for the past 3 years until we settle in court, AGAIN. We have tried to contact the debt collector, ProCollect, however they inform us that we are in the wrong & responsible for the charges even though it was disputed

Horrible management!!! There is actual raw sewage in their townhouse basements and theyve closed the office and left for the weekend. This is the third time this month theyve had a backup. Unacceptable!
