WellNow Urgent Care

We visited this facility on Sunday after a sleepless night of my toddler complaining of ear pain and running a mild fever. After the extremely difficult check in/registration process that took the front desk 3 times to get right we were seen. After looking in my childs ears I was told she did not have any ear infection, just a wax build up in one ear and pink eye. We were suggested some softening drops and sent on our way with a RX for eye drops. 2 days later, with no relief or change with the ear situation or fever we were able to get into her regular pediatrician. One quick look into her ears and we were told she had a ruptured ear drum due to infection and a very infected other ear. I am thoroughly displeased with the lack of effort put forth by WellNow to properly examine my child. Do better.

I couldnt get in to my regular GP, so at 7:30 am made an appointment at WellNow and was able to get in with PA Amanda Williams right away. (This is the second time having seen her, the first being several months prior for sprained ankle.) She was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable, and builds a great rapport with patients. I had a recurring headache that I suspected was caused by a sinus infection, which she confirmed. We discussed the best medications to help clear it up and what to expect. Immediately afterwards the RX was sent to my pharmacy and I was able to start the meds that day. Three days later my sinus issues have completely resolved, though I still have the remaining meds to take. Anytime Im unable to get into my General Practitioner I will be going to PA WilliamsI highly recommend her!
