I called for an estimate last summer, never heard back. Tried again this spring, after 3 or 4 weeks got a call back, saying "We're scheduled way out so we can't do you" as if I wanted my job done RIGHT NOW when I'm just looking for an estimate. They said "Call our ex-employee starting his own business!" So I did, scheduled a visit he blew it off entirely. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried again. He came almost an hour late, gas lighting me that the appt was between "12 and 2", when I only remember settling on "noon". He took pics and said he'd email me the estimate. I never heard from him again.
