Made reservations for a room. It was a pay later. And when I got to the hotel. They had canceled my reservation from their end not the company's I went through.at 68 and change with taxes and fees included And told me to get ahold of the company I made it through. And told me if I still wanted the room . That I would have to pay his rates at 184 and some change . He wanted to charge 84 plus a deposit of 100 . . Went to the next best thing.

I have stayed at this motel several times and thought overall was ok.last night was the worst I have ever experienced and was treated extremely awful. 3-23-24 in sturgis michigan. I asked for king size bed and I was the only person and no pets. The man at front desk was sweating badly and over the top rude told me it was to big of a rm for me. I was put in 2 different rms none a king. It was 31degrees outside and no heat at all turned on I had just gotten in town , I live in indy and was going to see my grandchildren and just want to eat smthg , shower and go to sleep. That didn't happen. I will never stay at orgo to another travel lodge ever. Jeanna Mckibbin

Nasty hotel rooms.needs to clean them.and hote needs repairs Rooms: Are very versatile nasty place.
