Sturgis Bank

Never answers phone. Won't refund non sufficient funds fee even though you transfer from savings to checking on the same day. Go to Huntington, they offer a 24 hour grace period so you don't get charged $32 that people can't afford to lose just like that. I'm moving banks again because this bank makes you think that they are doing US a service when they use our savings accounts to offer loans. Try another bank or buy gold.

Good luck getting anything done through this company. You'll be transferred to answering machines 99% of the time. You might get a call back in 2 weeks if you're lucky. Absolute joke of a mortgage company.

Very helpful and responsive mortgage team. Also got a better rate and terms than the big banks.

Kudos to the lovely young gentleman Who denied My Lovely three-year-old daughter of a lollipop today All because she is not a customer but we have came to them every month for the past year and a half. Sadly my doggie gets treats every time he comes thru. Thanks for breaking my innocent 3 year old heart she always looks forward to getting her lollipop from our bank trips. So sad what this world is coming to
