        Our home insurance was canceled when we refinanced a year ago and no body knew about it. It was brought to our attention by our agent that we were uninsured. When we tried to reinstate we were told they would take care of it over and over for a month then they STOPPED TAKING OUR CALLS!!! In 1 day we got coverage with another company for a cheaper rate.
