Stephani did an AMAZING job cutting my hair. She did a wonderful shampoo and listened to what I wanted with my curly hair and definitely delivered! And she recommended a new shampoo for me and let me know that the shampoos are guaranteed there, which I didn't know! And it was on sale so I only paid $12.99! Thank you so much for bringing my hair back to its beautiful self and giving me self confidence, Stephani!

Probably the worst haircut of my life I had here. The hair stylist name is Sheri. I wish I could give it zero stars. She was so lazy that she cut hair just to get it done. I dont know how to explain but its just terrible irreversible experience I had here. Avoid at all cost. Service: Haircut

Most of the haircuts are great. There is one stylist, whos been working there for years, who I always avoid if shes working. Ive given her several chances to do a good haircut on myself and my children but she just cant do it. Shes there so often, I just started going to the other Great Clips in St. Joseph so I dont have to unexpectedly cancel when I see shes working.
