My wife and I did not have a good experience with this company. After our taxes were completed it was almost a month before they were actually filed!! I understand tax season gets busy, but we had them prepared in February. And when I called and left a voicemail to ask why the IRS hadnt received our return yet, not only did I not get a call back, but our return was mysteriously received the next morning. Also, after providing them with a voided check to facilitate direct deposit, turns out were getting a paper check in the mail. The only response we were given after asking about this blunder was, My apologies. While everyone here was truly pleasant and professional, the results weve received form Simplified Tax Solutions have been unacceptable.
