I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is awful and incompetent. They don't know how to behave with clients. My son attended classes and they constantly made him do silly exercises even though he was crying and didn't want to. They didn't allow him to just swim without exercises and always criticized us if we didn't do exercises but just swam. They provide a basket of toys but the child can only take 2 toys, which made my son very upset. Why don't they loosen their control and let a parent just swim and sometimes do exercises? I'm annoyed by the constant supervision without the right to simply enjoy the pool with my son. The water is constantly dirty, and people walk in street shoes near the pool. Today the water smelled unpleasant and was dirty. I'm tired of them constantly making remarks and not allowing us to just relax and swim with my son. We won't be coming back here, and we've already enrolled in another school. If I were them, I would change the customer policy and be more customer-oriented. Dislike.
