Absolutely terrible customer service at a high-level event. I will not tarnish the event or location as they performed wonderfully, but EA Graphics was unreasonable on so many levels! I would never send anyone to these people!!

Ordered shirts from them to sell in my retail store. Ordered over 6 months ago, and still have not received my items. Reached out several times, and no response. Meanwhile other shirt printing companies I ordered from less that 3 weeks ago have sent me all items, even many of them personalized. This will be our last year ordering with them. Usually over a $35k order. This year I only did a $7k order in hopes that they could get my items to me in a timely manner. Very disappointed.

My daughter had a CYO event that EA graphics did the hoodies for. I needed to get an additional one for my niece. I called the following Monday and they were very helpful into getting me another one. When I received it in the mail, I realized it was still wrong. After contacting them again, we realized it was a communication error between us. They sent out a new one and their responses to emails were quick and efficient
