Maynard, To say I am disappointed in the level of service you provided is an understatement. I almost went with my daughters realtor but didnt because you talk such a good game. Your follow through and attention to detail was subpar. 1. You never tried to negotiate a lower price even though you said you would. 2. When I asked for a different criteria for listings you never did that. 3. The places I like I found o my own through Zillow 4. You never told me anything about the Providence property , ie. Where is the trash disposal, copy of the association by laws, location of property office, community room, pool. I had to look into these on my own 5. YOUR inspector said I needed a new valve on the furnace. When I mentioned I still smelled gas, you didnt address that until closing. 6. You never took the time to go through the final walk through with me. 6. Never got mailbox key 7. You never responded about the portal except with an excuse. 8. At closing you didnt think enough of me to bring the big key. My closing was not an exciting day at all. Still waiting on that bottle of wine. The little things that show you care about your client never happened from me. I hope you feel great about how you treated me and you can look in the mirror and truly say to yourself that you provided great service. I listen to your podcast and hear one thing, but you do differently. I really had faith in you, but I see that faith was misplaced I will be reviewing you on Yelp and wherever realtor reviews are.
