Mow town is the best snow removal company. They come out in a timely manor. I can also call them if a problem and they resolve.

Extremely unprofessional and very unreliable service. Appointments are never kept and quality of service is inconsistent. I do not recommend this company unless you want to deal with a ton of issues and excuses.

We needed help the avoid a ticket from our city. Our backyard became overgrown from all the rain, not enough time for me to work on it and the equipment we had wasn't good enough to clean the yard up in time. My mother has dementia and I work full time and am also caring for her with just my daughter to help part time. Gordon of Mowtown seemed to understand our situation when it was explained it to him, especially about the short deadline. He gave many excuses then never did the job after a week - we got an extension from the city. He promised to cut the grass and never said he couldn't. Maybe he's got too much work and should have not said he would cut our grass. I found him very unprofessional and undependable.
