        I recently had a disappointing experience with Bumler. While their technicians were prompt and courteous, the service provided was not up to par. Despite diagnosing the issue with my air conditioner correctly, the repair work was incomplete and resulted in the same problem occurring just a few days later. When I contacted the company to inform them of the situation, I was met with a lack of urgency and professionalism. It took multiple attempts to schedule a follow-up appointment, and even then, the technician who came out seemed unprepared and disinterested in resolving the issue. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of work and customer service provided by them. I would caution others against using their services and suggest seeking out a more reliable and competent HVAC provider. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair
