If there was a no star they would Get it I Have a Great friend He Is a disabled UAW Auto workers and he gets the runaround for his medication this is the second time that I have seen he has been going there for over 20 years to the same CVS. And the pharmacy employee was totally disrespecting him . Three days without medication and counting .... This is unacceptable .... They are getting a BIG FAT 0

Pharmacy doesnt take blue cross blue shield insurance. Good question is what kind of insurance do they take?!?

Something has really change at CVS stores, at least at the one right down the street from my huge garden center, Gramma's Gardens, in Troy? For the better! I'm on Medicare now, with an OTC card, and CVS has a lot of blue tag items. I was in need of stuff that qualified, so I brought it all up to the counter to pay. The guy, dressed in cool, wild clothes (which is awesome for business), assisted me with the whole process! I couldn't believe, as a senior, what great service I got from him? Anyway, I got home and had purchased highly fragrant Ebson salts. I was hurting real bad and attempted to return them the next day. They were so busy there, but a manager saw I needed assistance, badly, so she called me to a separate register. She made the whole return process a breeze, even though I opened the packaging.....it was not a good product! Not only that, and this was strange, she noticed I was struggling to find the right product, so she closed the register down, ran and got me the right product to help (non fragrant salts). I was surprised how they changed at that store? Such nice service! And I get to park, right up front, in the handicapped spot :) I figured writing a good review is far better than a call to corporate. They probably just hear complaints all day. Hahaha!
