I had a bad experience last time I got the deck done by some guy in his pickup truck, I took his word and gave him a deposit. He didnt do my deck until October, last year I had Niko bid on my job, and he didnt take any money upfront, got it done 2 weeks after I signed as he said, and did a fantastic job.

I ended up having to replace a few beams due to rot, Niko and his crew showed up the day they said they where, did what they said they where going to do and made sure I was happy before they left.

Stamped concrete stripping and refinishing. I am NOT fully satisfied with the finished work. Your workers were excellent but the finish on the patio is not as expected. Blotchy, bubbles, streaks, drips, unfinished edges. Doesn't look any better than if I had done it myself. As I said your workers were excellent. Just not sure your method was worth the money.

Outstanding quality of work, I got my deck replaced with trex and my railing replaced with the metal railing as well and it looks amazing.
