Terrible experience from start to finish with the added bonus of the most unprofessional nurse practitioner I have ever encountered. Tifenie Harris yelled at me to stop talking while I was explaining my reason for my appointment. She literally held her hand up and yelled "STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP!" at me while I was explaining an injury. I have had bad experiences at doctors offices before, but this is going in my top three. That is a level of unprofessionalism I have never experienced. She did not ask me follow up questions to any of the issue's I brought to my visit. She did not ask for any in-depth explanation or past history treatment for my chronic injury management. She did not offer me the referrals I requested to see a dermatologist even after I told her skin cancer runs in my family. She simply told me the name for some office in some nearby town that I had never heard of and didn't bother to take into account I am on medicaid and many dermatologists do not take medicaid, which is why I must have a referral. She was rude and in a rush from the moment she walked in the door. She did not ask about my ADHD. She did not ask anything really except how my weekend went AFTER she had yelled "STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP!" at me.
Do not go here. Make the drive to visit a different office where you will not be rushed, treated like a burden not a patient, treated with elitist judgement and literally yelled at as you are describing your reason for your visit.
UPDATE: I called the number posted below, left a message. Yes I would like to talk about my experience in greater detail with someone.
