        Had an issue with our setup that prevented us from reaching the Internet. The customer service team could not diagnose the issue and was insistent that things were working on our end. Nate was sent out after the 3rd call, and he was able to quickly identify and correct the issue. I am very happy with his work, despite the issues with customer service.
