Lazy and absolutely useless. I handeled my 2nd custody hearing just over 2 years ago. I just list my kids as he gucked up all the paperwork and had me sign an agreement that had zero of my stipulations in it. As a result i lost my kids and this p.o.s. can only say sorry i dont do civil cases any more. HUMAN GARBAGE.

Ms. Sprague cares about her clients and is an outstanding litigator! Have consulted her on a few issues and she always been extremely helpful. I can not recommend her higher!

So first off I dont mean any disrespect by leaving this review, I just want anyone that is or was in a similar situation to understand what they could potentially be getting Into. In 2017 I was in the Army overseas stationed in South Korea when I had filed for a divorce, there were few assets involved in the divorce but there was a child. Long story short there are so many laws & Acts that protect Service members and knowing that she was representing someone in the military you would think that she would look into it. When the divorce was final I had lost nearly 20k, a vehicle & was left with little to no parental rights to my child. After a couple months and doing some research on the service member protection Acts in Michigan I had filed a motion to have the custody and parenting time orders changed (Representing myself) I had gone from almost no rights to a 50/50 physical custody agreement & primary legal custody. All I had to do was google some things. I am no Attourney but it was disappointing knowing that I paid for a service that I could have done better myself. I know this firm has some great reviews and I dont doubt that theyre capable but for this matter it definitely isnt something I would recommend.
