Have used many times over the past few years for repairs on multiple types of appliances including my washer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Consistently they are polite and informative over the phone, scheduling is easy, and when they arrive work quickly to get things up and running or parts ordered ASAP so I'm not without the Appliance long. The repair men you can tell are well trained to handle a variety of appliances and brands which is so helpful to have people who know what they are doing to diagnosis quickly !! Highly recommend as your first call when something breaks. Saved me a few times having to replace the entire appliance!

THIS IS A GREAT STORY !! About two months ago my dryer was squealing. I called Reliable Refrigeration, Bobb came and fixed our dryer. It has worked great !! Last week, my dryer started drying whenever it wanted to. I called Reliable Refrigeration and asked for Bobb because he did such a great job last time. He wasn't even here 5 mins today and he told me the cost of our repair. Bobb has such INTEGRITY and LOYALITY TO HIS CUSTOMERS that he suggested two options. He could order the part and get it in next week or we buy a new dryer. The repair would have been over twice the amount I just spent a couple months ago. With Bobb's HONESTY AND GRACE, he alone has won my heart to BC, Michigan Reliable Refrigeration. Thank you Bobb for having our backs and having our best interest at heart. Thank you Reliable Refrigeration for having Reliable Bobb !!!

STAY AWAY!!!! Bill is the worst person when it comes to customer service. He does not listen, nor will he shut up and puts words in your mouth. I would highly stay away from this company. They have been to my home to fix an appliance and guess what. Still broke.. STAY AWAY
