        Place is going downhill. When I moved in in 2020 the neighbors were wonderful and it was peaceful for the most part. Unfortunately the majority of them are now awful and disrespectful. Dont move into building 4259, rude loud neighbors and loud screaming children. Usually smells like an ash tray when approaching the building. Cigarette butts are littered everywhere. Kids treat the stairs and railings like a jungle gym. Caught our recently hired security napping in their car in the parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous. Why were security cameras not installed instead?
