I tried to flag this post through google with no success as it is believed to be fraudulent or mistaken identity. Mr.Tucker, respectfully, I am very sorry you had a bad experience. I believe you left a negative review for the wrong business which hurts innocent people. This is a privately owned team office and is not a corporate office which I understand could be confusing, but its like leaving a bad review for a McDonalds in Wyoming for poor service received in Sparta. I (we) never received a call or voicemail from you. I (we) never had a transaction which involved family members (this is a fact that I can prove). The situation you describe is highly unethical and unprofessional, and possibly against the law. We take these accusations very seriously and wish you would do the same. I wish you would call me directly so we can get to the bottom of this and so I can show you how to properly report unethical practices to our governing entities.
