        The bathroom sink faucet needed repair and the 2 maintenance men that came to fix the problem were great! Not only was the bathroom faucet replaced, they also moved the water shut off for better access and updated the handles and pipes. They let me watch and explained what they were doing. They were polite and I enjoyed the stories and humor we shared.

        My experience has been top notch with Appletree Apartments in Sparta. The ladies in the office are amazing. They are quick with responses and up to date with availability. I am moving from across state and I felt very welcomed and cared for.

        I lived at Appletreetree Apartments for 10 years.I had to move because of certain things in my life otherwise I would still be there. Jessica is not only a good person but an awesome manager.She not only was just and fair with me but she also helped me out through it all. Aireal is a good person and she takes care of business. Thanks for a good 10 years Appletree. Also there maintenance takes care of business also! Dan
