        We came from another child care facility that we lost trust in, and therefore have been hyper-sensitive to how our child is treated at Kindercare and have still been extremely happy. No one is perfect and sometimes people make mistakes but I will say that when we had concerns, they were taken seriously and resolutions were found quickly. Ultimately, it made us all the more confident to trust Kindercare with our child. Our child is getting ready to finish up their Pre-K program in the spring and we feel that the Kindercare curriculum and environment helped prepare them for kindergarten both academically and emotionally/socially. We have and will continue to recommend Kindercare to anyone we know looking for child care that they can trust to do more than just "babysit" their children. It truly is a complete learning experience for all ages and we are grateful that we found them!

        Legit called me for an interview so I set one up and unfortunately had to call to reschedule since we have the flu and la tay or whoever it was was super rude and tried to say I rescheduled 3 times when I made one interview. Get your interviews straight and learn how to talk to ppl bc that aint it hun. I wouldnt want to work for a place that cant even be nice over the phone.

        This place is amazing... they treat my children and all kids like Family. My Kids and I love the staff and teachers. Such a lovely program. Nothing but good things to say!

        I dont have any other daycare experiences to compare southgate kindercare to but i can say that i have been satisfied thus far and dont feel the need to find another daycare. The staff has always been friendly, anytime i have a question & send a message through their app i usually get a pretty quick response. I love the updates with photos of my little guy that i get all the time. Also if you are thinking about signing up be sure to ask them what discounts they offer. We found out through my boyfriends job he gets a discount for kindercare. They are always looking to improve and always take constructive criticism because they truly are always wanting to do better. Overall great daycare, great staff, my little guy loves going there and they love hanging out with him. Kindercare has become family.
