I have been to the office twice and both times thought the staff was so nice and professional. Dr. Rybczynski is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. He also explains everything so that you can understand it.

Everyone in this office is so polite & attentive to your needs. The Dr. takes his time listening to your concerns and making sure you understand everything, he has wonderful bedside manner! Amber & Kim are absolutely amazing and always work hard to get me in as quickly as possible and work with me with appointment times as I have a extremely busy work schedule!

Office staff is very friendly and professional. They always go above and beyond for their patients. I would highly recommend this office.

Had a 2:45 appointment. Got to the office ON TIME and sat in the waiting room for 6 minutes. Another patient walked in and waited another few minutes before the receptionist came out from the back. The patient paid her bill and left. The receptionist came out into the waiting room and told me I was 40 minutes late! I said No, my appointment was for 2:45. She continued to insist that it was for 2:20 and that the Doctor only waits 15 minutes for any late patient. She also said that she tried to contact me earlier to have me come in earlier. The time stamp on her call was 12:45. I waited for that appointment for over 1 week. I took off of work to keep that appointment. I have to be to work at 3:30 pm. If my appointment was originally and truly made at 2:20 I wouldn't have had to call off work. I have a pretty good idea as to how this happened. Since the receptionist was trying to call me to come in earlier at 12:45 I can assume they had a cancelation so the doctor wanted to leave earlier. When they couldn't get in touch with me the receptionist told me my appointment was at 2:20. And if the doctor lying waits 15 minutes for a late patient it gave him enough time to leave without me coming in. So I called of for no reason. This was a was of my time and money! So I'll be billing the office for a missed day's pay! And the receptionist needs to not be calling people old enough to be her grandmother "honey and hun". That is very condensending!
